These terms govern consultation of the public SIGHT CORE website published by SIGHT — Software Innovation & Global Hardware Trade. They are neither software licence terms nor a service supply agreement.

They cover presentation pages, previews and simulation forms in French, English and Swahili. Merely visiting the website does not create a purchase, account or subscription.

The public website can be viewed without a user account. Visitors bear their own Internet and equipment costs. SIGHT may change or interrupt the website for maintenance, corrections or development, subject to applicable legal obligations.

These terms do not guarantee any availability or continuity level for the presentation website.

Descriptions present the product. They are not a binding offer, a compatibility guarantee or a commitment to financial, operational or regulatory outcomes.

Actual scope, pricing, timelines, support and deployment conditions must be confirmed by SIGHT in a separate offer and contract. Content does not replace legal, tax, accounting or medical advice.

Previews are noninteractive and use fictional data. Displayed amounts, products, vehicles, branches, alerts and changes illustrate a presentation only and do not represent any real customer.

This website cannot manage a business, complete a sale, maintain accounting records, pay salaries or sign visitors into a management workspace.

Contact and demonstration forms check certain information locally and then display a simulated confirmation. In this version, they send no request to SIGHT and create no appointment or sales record.

A confirmation only means local form preparation is complete. For a real request, consult SIGHT’s official contact details on sightnetwork.org, if available. Do not enter passwords, banking details or sensitive information in the form.

Visitors must use the website in accordance with applicable law and the rights of SIGHT and third parties.

• Do not bypass protections, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or access nonpublic data.
• Do not impersonate others, provide third-party data without a right or authorisation, or distribute unlawful content.
• Do not exploit content or substantially extract data without permission, unless a legal right or applicable licence allows it.
• Do not present simulations as real data, a certification or a SIGHT promise of results.

Consultation transfers no intellectual property rights and grants no licence to SIGHT CORE software. Rules concerning content and distinctive signs are set out in the Legal notice.

Externally linked sites apply their own rules. Visitors should read them before providing information to those sites.

SIGHT aims to present consistent information, but errors, omissions or update delays may remain. Confirm important information with SIGHT before making a decision or commitment.

Responsibility for the website is assessed under applicable law and the circumstances. No provision removes mandatory visitor rights, limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or excludes access to a competent authority or court.

The Privacy policy separately describes data relating to visits and simulations. Any future transmission of actual requests must be announced with appropriate information before activation.

Terms may be updated to reflect website changes. For a dispute, official SIGHT contacts may be used to seek an amicable solution without affecting legal remedies. No governing country or exclusive court is designated until SIGHT’s legal establishment has been confirmed. The three translations should be read consistently; no language is declared controlling.
